All financial transactions on dhaka9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dhaka9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are typically credited to your dhaka9 account within two minutes of a confirmed transaction. dhaka9 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being fully completed on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

These product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the platform and form part of the overall agreement between you and dhaka9.

By placing a bet or commencing a casino game session, you accept that:

• All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or altered except in circumstances expressly provided for in the relevant product rules (e.g., event cancellation, match abandonment).

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.

• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at dhaka9's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct (e.g., player request), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

dhaka9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, efficiently, and transparently. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, dhaka9 will provide guidance on available escalation options.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
